5. It's the Latin word for "citadel"; the Latin term for "brick wall" didn't sound as pretty.
4. Chris Boynton needed an excuse to install a catapult on the roof of the building.
3. Latin = mother of all romance languages; Arxis Financial = mother of all CPA firms.

1. You put four CPAs in a stuffy room for an entire morning and what would you expect?

In all seriousness, we believe the name change will provide greater continuity and a more unified brand among our various entities. All of our partners and staff remain the same along with our location and contact information. The only change is the firm name.
