Litigation Consulting Services for Partnership Disputes & Dissolutions

Arxis Financial’s “Litigation Consulting” practice provides objective and independent evaluation of the economic and financial issues involved in partnership disputes and dissolutions.  Our involvement may include assistance with technical and complex discovery issues; interpretation of the partnership agreement’s tax and accounting provisions; case strategy; projections of proposed dissolutions under several different scenarios; and valuation of entities, control interests, and non-control partnership interests.  A significant strength of our practice is that accounting and valuation expertise can be hired in one expert, which saves the client fees and increases the efficiency of the case.  Clients are pleased with Arxis Financial’s abilities to clearly, persuasively, and accurately present arguments in simple understandable terms, regardless of the complexity of the matter. 

The Litigation Consulting practice is headed by partner Chris L. Hamilton, CPA, CFE, CVA, DABFA. Mr. Hamilton is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Valuation Analyst, and a Diplomate with the American Board of Forensic Accounting. He is a licensed life and disability insurance agent and a General Securities Representative. Mr. Hamilton has published articles in several publications, and has made presentations at national conferences, training institutes and seminars on topics including forensic accounting, fraud and business appraisal.
